On this occasion, we are looking for a
Head of Sales - AMERS to lead the commercial and growth strategies in the Latin American and North American regions. The candidate will be responsible for executing the strategies agreed by the head office in Spain, ensuring the expansion and consolidation of Paraty Tech's presence in these markets.
In addition, he/she will lead the team of Business Development Managers (BDM) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR), participate in trade shows and industry events, and develop business plans to achieve the company's objectives.
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:- Lead the sales team in the LATAM and North America regions, including supervision of BDMs and SDRs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the growth of Paraty Tech in these markets, aligned with the guidelines of the head office in Spain.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote your brand and generate business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the hotel and travel tech sector.
- Ensure compliance with the business and growth objectives established by the company.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure proper implementation of go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to adapt business and expansion strategies.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- Previous experience in sales leadership positions in the Travel Tech or Hospitality Technology industry.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of the LATAM and North American markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Availability to travel frequently within assigned regions to attend key events and meetings.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage remote teams and coordinate with head office.
- Important: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
You will be a 10 if, in addition, you have :
- Experience in the expansion of Travel Tech companies in LATAM and North America.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and B2B sales strategies.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry and the technology sector.
