With offices in Spain, Portugal and Mexico, at
Paraty Tech we help hotels improve their direct sales. From our office in Cancun, we work closely with our clients to maximize their bookings through their website. Your success is our success!
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: As part of the Accounts team, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and loyalty of our customers.
- Comprehensive advice on the online direct sales strategy of hotel establishments.
- Maximize hotel revenues through the opportunities offered by the direct sales channel.
- Analysis of the results obtained, detecting possible problems or avenues for improvement in your direct sales.
- Propose solutions and tools tailored to your needs.
- Courtesy visits to our clients and attendance at industry fairs.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- 2 years of experience in the hotel sector as Revenue Management or commercial area.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and revenue management technological tools (PMS, Channel Manager, CRM, booking engine, etc.)
- Experience in account management, knowledge of online marketing and metasearch engines (Google Hotel ADS, Trivago, etc.)
- Communication skills and proactivity to resolve incidents.
- Availability to travel and professional level of English (C1-C2). A second language is valued.
- Reside in the province of Malaga or be open to a change of residence, since the position is in person.
