Paraty Tech is a technology company that offers solutions to hotels to improve their direct sales. We work hand in hand with our clients with the aim of increasing their sales of reservations through their own website and telephone. Your success is our success!
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:- Identify and prospect hotels (4 and 5 stars with high ADR) interested in optimizing their direct sales.
- Contact, present and negotiate with decision makers in the hotel sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop customized sales proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Attend fairs and events to generate networking and new opportunities.
- Keep sales reports and pipeline updated in the CRM.
- Design an optimized work plan to achieve business objectives.
