YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: As part of the
Customer Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Attention and resolution of our clients' problems.
- Carrying out internal tasks related to the development of current and new projects.
- Management and advice on the direct channel of accounts associated with Customer Support.
- Analysis of the results obtained, detecting possible problems or avenues for improvement in your direct sales.
- Propose solutions and tools tailored to the needs of our clients.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- One year of experience in the hotel sector.
- Experience in incident management.
- Knowledge of technological tools for revenue management and hotel management (PMS, Channel Manager, CRM, Booking Engine, ...).
- Communication skills, since you will work in direct contact with clients.
- Proactivity in resolving incidents and proposing solutions.
- Professional English (B2-C1). Paraty Tech is an international company and with many of our accounts you will have to communicate in English. Another language will be valued positively.
- Reside in the province of Malaga or be open to a change of residence, since the position is in person.
