The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in selling and developing business at regional level across new markets. Success for the Business Development Manager will open up opportunities across the hospitality industry business with the potential to move into new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform market prospecting for new markets to identify and analyze the feasibility of expansion opportunities.
  • Develop the market in new strategic regions.
  • Elaborate strategic plans: Market research and analysis. Goals and expectations. Market entry strategy. Operational plan. Marketing strategy. Financial projections. Risks. Timeline and monitoring.
  • Permanent control of results, budgets, and business development within this region.
  • Support, cooperation, and maintenance of existing partnerships in the region.
  • Active search for new sales opportunities and acquisition of new clients.
  • Develop and implement new strategies in cooperation with the team, focused on client requirements.
  • Competition analysis and monitoring of the market.
  • Preparation of statistics and reports and permanent maintenance of the CRM (Salesforce) as well as market research.
  • Participation in trade fairs, roadshows, and events to represent the company.
  • Providing sales forecasts, reports, and market research.
  • Generating awareness and visibility of our brand and partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections.
  • Selling the range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations, and securing board approval for new partnership deals.
  • Active promotion of business unit capabilities. Involvement in the marketing strategy.
  • Contribution to the creation of documentation for promotion and sales support.
  • Collaborate and work with the expansion manager in the expansion strategic plan, after analyzing the potential market and based on the company's needs.
  • Monitor all existing lease contracts and renegotiate their expiration conditions, as well as draft and secure their signatures.
  • Ensure that the brand image is respected in our points of sale.
  • Present the brand and explain the business model.
  • Active and effective cooperation with the relevant departments in our headquarters.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?
  • University degree in Tourism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the tourism industry.
  • Have a strong network of business contacts in the tourism sector.
  • Proven experience in previous business development in new markets.
  • Essential knowledge and contacts with international technology companies in the tourism sector.
  • Strong skills in budget estimation.
  • Geographical flexibility for both national and international travel.
  • Business-to-business sales experience in professional services and technology solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Negotiation skills: Your strong negotiation skills and situational awareness are excellent.
  • Excellent English proficiency: You have exceptional English-speaking and writing skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Quota achievement: You have a proven ability to meet sales quotas, negotiate effectively, and solve problems.
  • Building relationships: You understand the importance of building credibility-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
