We need to hire a person for the position of
Digital Marketing Specialist , working alongside the teams in Mexico and Spain and with the intention of growing with us in their professional career. If you feel very comfortable in the online environment, you are passionate about communication and digital marketing, and you know the hotel ecosystem, this is your place.
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:- Apply and follow actions and strategies that encompass Paraty Tech's digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Metasearch Engines, Programmatic, e-mail Marketing, Social Media, etc.)
- Implement strategies focused on hotels and hotel chains.
- Monitoring campaigns.
- Budget control.
- Regular meetings with our clients to monitor actions implemented, goals achieved, and attainment of objectives.
- Participation in presentations, webinars, trade shows, etc.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- Training and/or experience in the hotel sector - essential to understand the idiosyncrasies of our clients.
- Experience managing CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Hotel Ads.
- Experience in managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their analytics.
- Experience with email marketing tools.
- High level of English.
You will be a 10 if, in addition, you have :
- Knowledge of other analytics tools (Search Console, Semrush, etc.).
- Experience working with Hubspot and marketing and sales funnels.
