WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK AT PARATY TECH
Paraty Tech is a very recognized and consolidated brand in the hotel sector, so it will be very easy for potential clients to pay your attention.
You are going to help them sell more! How can you say no to that?!
Your main challenges will be:
• Prospecting hotels, markets and lead generation
• Online and face-to-face meetings with potential clients
• Commercial presentations
• Negotiation with clients
• Management and monitoring of the client portfolio
• Preparation of contractual documentation
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?
• Have a profile oriented 100% to sales.
• Have commercial experience carrying out prospecting tasks, generating contacts and leads, commercial visits, product presentations both online and in person, monitoring and closing negotiations.
• Be a constant, proactive person with people skills.
• Have a clear goal orientation.
• Have availability to travel
You will be a 10 if, in addition:
• You have experience in the Revenue area or in the Commercial area of a hotel or hotel chain.
• Your level of spoken and written English is high, as it will allow you to expand your work area outside our borders.
